We manufacture our body butters in small batches to ensure freshness and consistency. We highly recommend storing in a cool dry place away from water (to prevent growth of microbes) and heat. However because we know that some things may be uncontrollable, we have used a mild preservative at less than 1% to keep your products safe from the growth of bacteria and mold. Use a clean applicator, such as a small cosmetic spatula or spoon to prevent contamination from fingers. We’ve included a couple in your order! This product will melt if exposed to heat. If it does soften or melt, you may stir and place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. The consistency may change, but the efficacy will not.

Directions: Smooth onto damp skin to seal in moisture or as needed. For hair: Apply a small amount, concentrating on ends, to freshly moisturized hair.
